Introducing the First Annual RLAH @properties Magazine

RLAH @properties is proud to introduce our first annual magazine — flip through it below, or read on to learn more.

We Made a Magazine. Here’s Why That Matters to You.

Most brokerages hand relocating clients a packet. A few printouts, maybe a link to a neighborhood guide on Zillow. We decided to do something different.

This year, RLAH @properties published its first annual magazine — a custom, full-production print and digital publication designed to give relocating clients something they’ll actually keep.

What’s in It

The magazine introduces the Washington metro area through the lens of people who actually live and work here. It covers neighborhoods, lifestyle, local businesses, and what it really feels like to put down roots in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country.

It also gives clients an honest look at who RLAH @properties is — our team, our operational depth, and what it means to work with one of our agents. That last part matters more than people realize.

When a client hires one of our agents, they’re not just getting one person. They’re getting a full support infrastructure behind that agent — transaction coordination, marketing, compliance, and an operations team that handles the details so agents can stay focused on the client. That’s not something most brokerages can say. We think it’s worth saying clearly, in print.

Why We Partnered with Greydoor Publishing

We didn’t produce this in-house. We brought in Greydoor Publishing, an independent publishing house that has been creating bespoke print and digital magazines since 2016 for some of the most recognized names in luxury real estate and hospitality — including Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates, Fairmont, Rosewood, and The Ritz-Carlton.

Their team is known for superior print quality, curated brand partnerships, and a design approach that turns a magazine into something closer to a keepsake than a brochure. For us, that was the point. We wanted something agents could hand a client and feel proud of.

What This Means for Agents

If you’re an RLAH agent, this magazine is a tool — not just a nice object. Use it at listing presentations. Leave it at open houses. Include it in your closing gifts or welcome packages for out-of-town buyers. It communicates quality and local expertise before you’ve said a word.

It also reflects something agents should be able to lean into when they’re competing for business: RLAH invests in the client experience. The magazine is evidence of that.

This is Edition 1. We’ll be back next year.
