Washingtonian Magazine’s July issue has once again recognized the top real estate agents across the D.C. metro, and RLAH is proud to share that 125 of our agents earned a place on this year’s list.

This recognition is no small feat. Agents are selected either through public voting or by meeting significant production thresholds, making this list a meaningful reflection of both client trust and professional excellence. To have so many RLAH agents represented is a testament to the strength, talent, and reputation of this incredible group.

It’s not every day that a brokerage has two finalists in the same national competition. We do right now, and it’s worth taking a moment to recognize it properly.

Jordan Chronopoulos, based in Chevy Chase, and Sara Frank, based in Baltimore, were each selected from thousands of REALTORS® nationwide as two of just 50 finalists for REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 — now in its 26th year and widely considered the most competitive recognition in the industry for young real estate professionals. The program highlights agents who demonstrate skill, leadership, creativity, and genuine success in their careers. Both Jordan and Sara checked every one of those boxes.

The scale of this is worth understanding. There are roughly 1.5 million licensed REALTORS® in the country. Fifty made the 2026 finalist list. Two of them call RLAH their firm.

It’s gratifying to say out loud; RLAH has been part of the journey for six 30 Under 30 honorees over the past twelve years. Six. Washington’s number one boutique brokerage doesn’t attract and retain agents like Jordan and Sara by accident. There’s a culture here, a standard of professionalism, and a genuine investment in the development of young agents that shows up in moments like this one. When you consistently put the right people in the right environment, results follow.

At RLAH, recognition is purposeful. The StaRLAHs Holiday Party brought together agents, leadership, and partners from across the D.C. Metro to celebrate performance, leadership, and the standards that define the brokerage. The evening served as both a celebration of results and a reflection of the culture that supports them.

Hosted at Carmine’s in Washington, D.C., the event showcased what sets RLAH apart. Agents were recognized for more than production alone. Awards highlighted consistency, professionalism, collaboration, and leadership — the qualities that sustain success over time. The setting reinforced RLAH’s belief that meaningful recognition should feel personal, connected, and earned.

This recognition, featured in the July 2025 issue of Washingtonian Magazine, celebrates the top producers and best agents in the industry. We are incredibly humbled to have all of these honorees with us at RLAH @properties.

The best agents, selling the best place to live! On April 24th we celebrated the 2023 wins at the RLAH @properties Award Show at Penn Social in Washington, DC. This annual celebration highlights both individual achievements and the collective spirit that defines RLAH.
